Monthly IFS Connect Community Drop-In

This offering is based on an IFS peer community group model that Marina and Risa began in 2020. It has a simple format of brief introductions, listening to a guided meditation, going to breakout rooms to ‘speak for parts’ and then closing in the larger circle. Its intention is connection and community.
While most of our learning community resides in Canada we welcome people from all over the world. Our services are in English, and we require that participants be learners of IFS with the intention of use in a professional/workplace setting.

Monthly Demo Drop-in
Every month Risa Adams & Anna Gartshore will offer a full-length or topic-specific IFS teaching demonstration (full-length unless otherwise specified). You are invited to attend as a potential volunteer for the demo or solely to observe and witness. As we are seeking to build a Demo Library for IFS Connect we will prioritize those volunteers who feel open to recording and potentially allowing future learners to also benefit from their session.
