IFS Connect Community Offerings
Monthly IFS Connect Community Drop-In

This offering is based on an IFS peer community group model with a simple format of brief introductions, listening to a guided meditation, going to breakout rooms to ‘speak for parts’ and then closing in the larger circle. Its intention is connection and community.
While most of our learning community resides in Canada and our services are in English, we welcome people from all over the world. We require that participants be learners of IFS with the intention of use in a professional/workplace setting.

Monthly Demo Drop-in
Risa Adams & Anna Gartshore offer full-length IFS teaching demonstrations.
You are invited to attend as a potential volunteer or solely to witness - it is up to you. ​
