Guided practice triads are the ultimate way to hone your IFS skills and abilities. There are many ways to learn the concepts and protocols, but only one way to get in-the-moment feedback and support as you embody and practice the model.
Whatever your experience level we are here to connect you to a triad and an experienced guide to support you right where you are, with others at a similar learning level.
IFS Practice Triads
Registration is open through Jan.27 for the February-April series
Therapists, Practitioners & Students are welcome!

This service is ideal for anyone who has taken:
- IFS Online Circle
- an introductory course or workshop
- a comprehensive course
- IFSI Level 1 (+/- desiring certification)
Cost: $470 CAD for series of four sessions (6.5 hours)
Includes $50 application fee, which is refundable if we are unable to find you a match.
Dates & Time: Day & Time varies by triad
*You will indicate in your availability on your registration form and our staff will work to find you a match.

Many of you may wish to join a practice triad, but feel unsure about how to connect with others or find a consultant. Risa Adams has turned her passion for participating in and guiding triads into a service that matches learners with experienced IFS assistants and consultants.
