There are growing numbers of introductory courses available that vary in length, cost, proportion of supervised/unsupervised practice groups, experience level of assistants and teacher style. We encourage you to compare and make the best choice for you.
David Stern teaches a 48 hour comprehensive introductory course.
Originally created by the late Derek Scott IFSCA organizes many learning events including the 48 hour Stepping Stones introductory course.
Two 40-hour courses are taught by IFSI-informed Therapists & Practitioners
Kendhal Hart offers an introductory course for a very reasonable cost.
