Who We Are

Risa Adams

Risa is a physician providing IFS psychotherapy and perinatal mental health services. She is a Certified IFS Therapist, Approved Clinical Consultant and Assistant Trainer Mentee with the IFS Institute.

Robin Beardsley

Robin Beardsley is a family physician, with over 30 years experience, now with a focused practice in individual and group psychotherapy in unceded Algonquin and Haudenosaunee territory (Ottawa,Ontario).

Anna Gartshore

Anna runs a thriving private practice on the traditional lands of the Anishnaabeg in Northern Ontario, Canada. She provides IFS therapy, workshops and consultation with a special focus on issues stemming from complex, developmental trauma, eating disorders and colonial trauma.

Marina Hazan

Marina Hazan is a Certified IFS Therapist and Consultant with over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples and families, facilitating groups, and developing and leading workshops for professionals in Canada, Israel and Russia.

Sarah Jarvis

Sarah runs an IFS-inspired group practice in the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples (Vancouver, BC.) She offers psychotherapy, consultation, workshops and retreats. Sarah specializes in somatic therapy, complex and developmental trauma, and issues of spirituality and meaning-making.

Elizabeth is a family physician with a focused practice in group psychotherapy in unceded Algonquin territory (Ottawa, Ontario).
